工作职责概述:
Summary of Job Function :
1. 负责东南亚市场的新能源销售工作,维持和促进与客户的合作关系;
Responsible for new energy sales in Southeast Asia market, maintain and promote cooperation with customers;
2. 负责市场前期调研工作,包括竞争对手信息,客户信息,市场形势,市场定位等,为公司管理层决策提供重要的信息参考;
Responsible for the preliminary market research work, including competitor information, customer information, market situation, market positioning, etc., to provide important information reference for the company's management decision-making;
3. 负责定期拜访现有及潜在客户,并保持良好的互动关系,促进新项目和新市场的开发;
Responsible for regular visits to existing and potential customers and maintain good interaction with each other to promote the development of new projects and new markets;
4. 负责定期进行客户满意度的调查,及时解决客户抱怨,提升客户满意度;
Responsible for regular customer satisfaction survey, timely solve customer complaints, improve customer satisfaction;
5. 负责组织报价资料的评审工作;
Responsible for organizing the review of quotation materials;
6. 负责协助公司部门的新品销售和费用预算分解,审核预算授权内的费用;
Responsible for assisting the new product sales and expense budget decomposition of the company department, and reviewing the expenses within the budget authorization;
7. 汇编提供公司长期战略规划可靠的市场信息;
Compilations provide reliable market information for companies' long-term strategic planning;
8. 对降价产品的价格审核及降价幅度的监控,确保公司的利益;
Review the price of reduced products and monitor the price reduction range to ensure the company's interests;
9. 合同及开票:客户合同的签订和开票事宜的联系,应收账款回笼;
Contract and billing: contract signing and billing contact, accounts receivable collection;
10. 对客户资金回笼的协助监控,重点监控信用不良客户,确保公司的利益;
Assist in monitoring the withdrawal of customer funds, focusing on monitoring bad credit customers to ensure the company's interests;
11. 参与公司质量体系和流程体系的建设,主导对应客户端审核;
Participate in the construction of the company's quality system and process system, and lead the corresponding client audit;
12. 完成部门经理交办的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by department manager.
职位要求:
Job Requirements:
1. 本科以上学历,市场营销、经济或工科相关专业优先;英语听说写熟练;
Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, economics or engineering related; Proficient in spoken and written English
2. 三年以上汽车行业销售管理工作经验;有新能源Busbar/BDU/PDU/高压线束等销售管理经验者优先考虑;
At least 5 years sales management experience in automotive industry; New energy Busbar /BDU/PDU/ Wireharness sales management experience is preferred;
3. 了解企业相关行业的市场动态、企业产品的技术知识;
Understand the market dynamics of related industries and technical knowledge of the company's products;
4. 具备良好的沟通与组织协调能力,洞察能力强,擅长处理客户关系,执行力强;
Good communication, organization and coordination skills, strong insight, good at dealing with customer relations, strong execution;
