职责:

1、Be responsible for daily office operation of shanghai site, including reception service, mailing, access management, cleaning, security control, landscape, pest control, meeting service, office supplies, fire control, office repair and maintenance, etc.

2.Be responsible for payment of all service, covering PO creation, and payment confirmation afterwards.

3.Be responsible for fixed assets management of sites, including procurement, repair, disposal and inventory management.

4.Be responsible for management of suppliers who provide office service to site.

5.Be contact window from RE to communicate with office landlords for the details of operation.

6.To support important event or conference if there is any needs.

要求:

1.At least 5 years’ working experience of admin or facility operation related

2.Candidate with working experience at international company is preferred

3.Candidate with resource management will be preferred

4.Good at written or spoken English

5.Be responsible and be active

6.Problem solver

7.Good team player

8.Good at PPT and Excel
